The nomination period starts from the date of this announcement and will remain open for one month, ending on Sunday, September 14, 2025.
Accordingly, individuals wishing to apply for board membership, who meet the candidacy requirements as specified in the Executive Regulations of the Capital Markets Authority Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments, the regulatory authorities’ instructions, the Companies Law and its executive regulations, and the company’s Articles of Association, must submit their nomination application along with all required documents to the Office of the Board Secretary at the company’s headquarters (AlQibla, block 13 building 19 AlQibla Square tower 30th floor) during official working days from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or via email at ialobailani@aqar.com.kw.
